**Requirements**
* 6+ years SEO with proven traffic/revenue impact; 2+ years leading accounts/teams
* Expert with GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Looker Studio
* Broad fluency across technical SEO, content strategy, internal linking, and E-E-A-T
* Comfort translating complex SEO topics to executive stakeholders and non-SEOs
* Strong program management across distributed teams and multiple workstreams
* Excellent written English and async updates; ability to overlap ≥4 hrs PT
**Key Responsibilities**
* Own SEO strategy and roadmaps for priority accounts with clear OKRs and forecasted impact
* Lead cross-functional execution (Content, Dev, PR/Outreach) to hit growth targets
* Establish scalable measurement frameworks and executive dashboards in GA4/Looker
* Provide POVs on algorithm updates; run impact analyses and remediation plans
* Coach/QA the team’s deliverables; standardize templates and playbooks
* Present results and next steps to client executives with crisp narratives
