The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Trademark Paralegal to support our expanding global trademark portfolio. This position plays a central role in supporting the Assistant General Counsel, Intellectual Property in managing all aspects of the QVC Group's trademark and broader intellectual property portfolio. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to support the protection, maintenance, and enforcement of the company's trademark portfolios as well as supporting all aspects of the IP lifecycle and broader brand protection activities.

Your Impact

• Manage and maintain the company’s global trademark docket, ensuring all deadlines are tracked and met (WebTMS experience strongly preferred)
• File and assist with prosecuting domestic trademark applications
• Coordinate with outside counsel with prosecuting international trademark applications
• Assist with trademark clearance, including preliminary trademark searches
• Support enforcement efforts, including monitoring for potential infringement and filing takedown requests
• Organize and maintain trademark files and related documentation
• Assist with trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings
• Prepare and file trademark assignments, renewals, and other filings with the USPTO and international registries
• Collaborate with internal teams (brand, product, marketing, etc.) to advise on proper trademark use and brand guidelines
• Help support patent matters as needed
  
  

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a trademark paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department. Prior law firm experience preferred
• Strong understanding of domestic and international trademark prosecution processes
• Proficiency with trademark docketing systems (WebTMS preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
