മുഴുവന്‍ കായിക ദിന പരിപാടികളും ഔട്ട് ഡോറായി നടത്തണമെന്നതാണ് ആദ്യ നിര്‍ദേശം. പരിശീലനമടക്കം യാതൊരു വിധ ഇന്‍ഡോര്‍ പരിപാടികളും അനുവദിക്കില്ല.
