ദോഹ. ഖത്തറില്‍ രാജ്യം കണ്ടതില്‍വെച്ച് ഏറ്റവും വലിയ വാക്‌സിനേഷന്‍ കാമ്പയിനായിരിക്കും കോവിഡ് വാക്‌സിനേഷന്‍ കാമ്പയിന്‍ എന്നും രാജ്യത്ത് വാക്‌സിന്‍ ആവശ്യമുള്ള മുഴുവനാളുകള്‍ക്കും 2021 ല്‍ തന്നെ വാക്‌സിന്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന രീതിയില്‍ നാലു ഘട്ടങ്ങളിലായാണ് കാമ്പയിന്‍ നടപ്പാക്കുകയെന്നും പൊതുജനാരോഗ്യ മന്ത്രാലയത്തിലെ ഹെല്‍ത്ത് പ്രൊട്ടക്ഷന്‍ ആന്റ് കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കബിള്‍ ഡിസീസസ്് വകുപ്പ് മേധാവിയും കോവിഡ് പ്രതിരോധിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നാഷണല്‍ സ്ട്രാറ്റജിക് കമ്മറ്റി സഹ അധ്യക്ഷനുമായ ഡോ. ഹമദ് അല്‍ റുമൈഹി പറഞ്ഞു.

വാക്‌സിന്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിന് രണ്ട് ലോകോത്തര കമ്പനികളുമായി പൊതുജനാരോഗ്യ മന്ത്രാലയം കരാറിലെത്തിയിരുന്നു. ഫൈസര്‍ വാക്‌സിന് വലിയ ഡിമാന്റുണ്ട്. അതിനാല്‍ പരിമിതമായ അളവില്‍ ഘട്ടം ഘട്ടമായാണ് ലഭിക്കുന്നത്. പല ബാച്ചുകളിലായി ഡിസംബര്‍ 21 മുതല്‍ ഫൈസര്‍ വാക്‌സിന്‍ ലഭിച്ചു. ഫെബ്രുവരി മുതല്‍ ആഴ്ച തോറും വാക്‌സിന്‍ ലഭിക്കുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷ

മോഡേണയുടെ വാക്‌സിന്‍ പത്തു ദിവസത്തിനകം ദോഹയിലെത്തും. പരിമിതമായ അളവിലാണ് തുടക്കത്തില്‍ ലഭിക്കുക. എന്നാല്‍ മാര്‍ച്ച് മുതല്‍ ഫൈസറിന്റേയും മൊഡേണയുടെയും വാക്‌സിനുകള്‍ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ലഭിക്കുമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
