ഖത്തര്‍ സാംസ്‌കാരിക, കായിക മന്ത്രി സലാ ബിന്‍ ഗാനേം അല്‍ അലി , അമേരിക്കയിലെ ഖത്തര്‍ അംബാസഡര്‍ ശൈഖ് മെഷേല്‍ ബിന്‍ ഹമദ് അല്‍ ഥാനി; ഖത്തറിലെ യുണൈറ്റഡ് സ്റ്റേറ്റ്‌സ് എംബസി. ചാര്‍ജ ഡി അഫയേഴ്‌സ് ഗ്രെറ്റ സി ഹോള്‍ട്‌സ്് തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി പ്രമുഖര്‍ ചടങ്ങില്‍ സംബന്ധിച്ചു.
